Reduce foreign aid

Why do we give foreign aid to countries that don't like us, maybe hate us, burn our flag, and indicate that they want to kill us? The primary benefits have been to the dictators or men in power, allowing them to get rich and the benefits to the people we are trying to help has been minimal. Governments even use the weapons against the very people that we are trying to help. This would be a very good example of insanity.

We borrow the money from countries like China with whom we disagree regarding human rights, monetary value and trading imbalances. We even give foreign aid to countries that support China's positions. We definitely have a problem with the way we meet the needs of the homeless and needy poor, here at home. Why should we provide misused aid for the austerity of other countries by providing wealth for their ruling class, while we drive ourselves deeper in debt?

I don't agree with Ron Paul on many issues, however, this makes sense "We are taking money from poor people in a rich country (USA) and giving it to rich people in a poor country." The way we deal with our debt and foreign aid is definitely insanity.
