? Find or create an exercise routine that you enjoy.
? Make small lifestyle changes that you know you can stick to.
? Walk during your lunch break, take the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther away in the parking lot.
? Work out before you start your busy day, it will result in feeling more awake and having more energy throughout the day.
? Work out with a friend who can hold you accountable for showing up.
? Do something different, change your scenery and activities every so often.

Marshfield's 13th Annual Children's Festival is happening from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 13 at Marshfield High School, themed "Do Your Bit to Stay Fit!"
Visit the Healthy Lifestyles booth to test your strength and get your picture taken with a 6 foot tall bodybuilder cut-out. Bring your camera. Tips on how to make your own hand weights will also be provided.
To encourage good hydration habits, all participants will receive a bottle of water donated by Festival Foods.
Parents should take advantage of this opportunity to discuss healthy snack and exercise options for themselves and their children.
