Adams man pleads not guilty to reckless homicide charge

A 28-year-old Adams man authorities say fatally shot his girlfriend when she startled him out of his sleep pleaded not guilty to a homicide charge Monday.

Coleman E. Dybul faces a first-degree reckless homicide charge in the shooting death of Toni N. Voss, 27, Adams. He previously pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession.
