Keepin' Fit exercise classes are held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference Room of the Hooper Building, 36 Broad St. Oshkosh.

? Tuesday, April 2: Plyometrics and Strengthening. Exercises focused around having muscles exert maximum force in as short as time as possible, with the goal of increasing both speed and power.
