NEENAH -- Police identified the four men cited with disorderly conduct Sunday afternoon after a road rage incident exploded into a fistfight on the shoulder of U.S. 41.

Winnebago County Sheriff's deputies responded about 3:45 p.m. at U.S. 41 southbound near County G in Neenah for a report of a fight next to the concrete barrier.
