Author's note: There are countless women who have contributed Neillsville's success in the past and present. I've written about a few of them: Patricia "Pat" Lacey, Stacie Campbell and Madonna "Mattie" Schuster Marsh. Their interest and dedication in preserving Neillsville's historic homes and commercial structures through their work is commendable. Since March is Women's History Month, it's important to give tribute to women, especially those who've made a difference in their communities.
