Music legend coming

The legendary B.J. Thomas will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. April 6 at the Performing Arts Center of Wisconsin Rapids on the Lincoln High School campus, 1801 16th St. S., Wisconsin Rapids.

He owns one of the most distinctive voices in American pop music - a reassuringly masculine timbre conveyed with a smattering of unique embellishments that represent a distillation of the most influential genres in pop culture. Nothing about the identifiable sound of B.J. Thomas' voice has changed, but there's a re-energized commitment behind it. Tickets range from $36.55 to $43.
