Deb Runge has been traveling to Haiti for years, volunteering to help the poorest of the world's poor. She was there when a massive earthquake devastated the already impoverished nation in 2010, and she financially supports a Haitian family.

Runge, 55, is also part of Celebrate Recovery through her church and has recently become the Wisconsin representative for the international addiction recovery ministry. ...
