Kaukauna police chief John Manion scolded Facebook commenters Friday for reacting to an alleged bullying incident at River View Middle School without knowing the entire story.

"No one gave the police department or the school enough time to do their investigation, and many people jumped to conclusions here," he said.

Manion said Friday that no criminal misconduct took place. ...
