Police Chief Kevin Wilkinson has filed four disciplinary charges against patrol officer Renee Dubinski, saying she violated department policies and should be fired.

Post-Crescent Media obtained a copy of the charges through a public records request. The charges claim Dubinski maintained a close, personal relationship with a convicted drug dealer; lied to investigators; violated a code of ethics; and disobeyed a direct order.

The allegations are department policy violations, not criminal accusations. ...
