Departments respond to Seymour barn fire

A barn on West Linsmeyer Road was destroyed, and a home and shed damaged, by a fire Friday night.

Town of Seymour Fire Chief Dennis Laskowski said flames were visible in the east corner of the barn when they arrived on scene shortly after the fire was reported around 8:30 p.m.

"Then she flashed over, and we had flames shooting out of both ends of the barn," Laskowski said. ...
