Jade Schill says drinking with her customers is part of her role as a bartender at Graffiti's in downtown Stevens Point.

Under a new law being considered in the city of Neenah, that would be illegal. But few people in Stevens Point see a need for such a ban because they see few problems with current practices.

Interviews with several national organizations dealing with alcohol serving issues showed there are few such ordinances nationwide, and where the ordinances do exist, they result in few citations. ...
