FDL native Passini presented with Silver De Fleury medal

Mitchell Passini, right, raised in Fond du Lac, and lives in Rolla, Missouri, was recently awarded the Silver Order of the De Fleury medal for his exemplary service as an engineer in the Missouri Army National Guard. Passini retired in June 2011, after 32 years of service. His parents, mother-in-law, and extended family still live in the Fond du Lac area.

Retired Colonel Mitchell Passini, who lives in Rolla, Missouri, was recently awarded the Silver Order of the De Fleury Medal for his exemplary service as an engineer in the Missouri Army National Guard.

Passini was grateful to receive the medal while attending the 35th Engineer Brigade Engineer Ball at Lodge of the Four Seasons.
