The March edition of Farm Journal magazine had a feature story titled, "Is Our Prosperity Fragile?" The focus of the article was Purdue University economist Michael Boehljes' comments about the pending farmland price bust or if it is going to be a simple soft landing. He believes the return to $3 and $4 corn could create financial woes for rural America.
