Two newcomers win Wisconsin Rapids City Council seats

Two of Wisconsin Rapids' eight City Council districts will have new representatives when the council convenes later this month.

In District 3, former Howe Elementary School Principal Scott Kellogg beat Lincoln High School social studies teacher Paula Reaves 126-116. In District 7, former council member and retired phone company employee Jim Stack beat accounting assistant Kelly Bodette 177-114, according to unofficial vote tallies.
