The Disabled American Veterans Chapter 3 is officially at home in De Pere.

After moving from its old Allouez office last year, the local nonprofit held a flagpole dedication Wednesday morning, March 27, to mark its new location and honor the sacrifices all veterans have made while serving in the U.S. military.

About 35 people attended the event, which featured a rifle salute and volunteers who raised five flags representing America, Wisconsin, Desert Veterans of Wisconsin, Disabled American Veterans and Vietnam Veterans. ...
