Looking for a way to get active as the warmer weather approaches? The Walk with Ease Program can help. This program will offer ways to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. Walk with Ease offers support, information and tools to help you keep walking a regular part of your life. By going to classes, you'll learn how to handle any challenges to your exercise plan and will receive support and tools you need to help set and reach your goals.

The program will meet from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday, starting April 15 to May 22. Class meetings will be at the Pittsville Community Hall, 8237 Main St.

The program is free for participants ages 60 and older, or $10 for those younger than 60. New participants are taken until the second week. Advance registration is required, so call Ciara at the Aging & Disability Resource Center to sign up, 715-424-8468. Participants will receive a free pedometer.
