Head of Humane Society faces felony drug charge

The executive director of the Sheboygan County Humane Society has been charged with obtaining prescription drugs by fraud and for the delivery/possession/manufacture of prescription drugs, a felony.

Eilene K. Ribbens, 59, 111 S. East St., Elkhart Lake, faces more than three years in prison and $10,000 in fines if convicted of both charges. She was charged by Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco today.
