On skiing at Granite Peak Ski Area in Rib Mountain:

“It is a hill that has it all, terrain, super groomed conditions, and history. It’s my home hill where I always feel welcome.”

Michael O’Meara, Stevens Point

On skiing at Iverson Winter Sports Area in Stevens Point:

“I’ve grown up in Stevens Point, and when I was little, I wanted to learn how to ski, and my family would take me to Iverson each year for a little practice. I never quite was good enough to try and tackle Granite Peak or any other larger hills, and Iverson Park has the perfect sized runs so they aren’t too scary for little kids to attempt but still big enough to have a fun time skiing/snowboarding. Iverson is where many of my childhood memories were created.

Ben Kollock, Stevens Point
