BELLEVUE - The village's compost site is open for the season.

Materials may be dropped off at the village's yard waste site at 3891 Eaton Road, located east of Grandview Road.

Accepted materials include grass clippings, garden materials, leaves and brush, and small stumps. The site will remain open through the fall depending, on weather conditions, with a closing date sometime in December 2013.

Misuse and illegal dumping at the gate will result in fines and the loss of future use of the facility.
