The Stratford Branch Library is hosting a gardening program from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. April 17 at the library, 400 N. Fourth Ave., in the meeting room.

Master Gardener Volunteer Eileen Riehle will present a program on Magical Miniature Gardens. Ever wonder how the fairies plant their flowers, create their pathways and build their ponds? Come join us for tips on selection, planting and care of these plants.

There will be tips on making pathways and miniature ponds, along with tips and ideas for making other types of miniature gardens.
