Kirk Smalley, one of the people featured in the documentary "Bully," will lead an anti-bullying presentation for the community at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Wausau East High School, 2607 N. 18th St.

Smalley is a father of Ty, 11, who committed suicide after being bullied. Smalley will talk about the experience, offer advice and raise awareness about bullying. He'll also lead participants in a rally that will mark the start of an effort to stamp out bullying in schools and the community, and the beginning of a Stand for the Silent chapter ...
