State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser says reports of conflict on the state's highest court are greatly exaggerated.

"There are philosophical disagreements about great issues facing the legal community and the state and there are strong personalities, but I think the talk of disagreements and disunity is in many ways overblown," said Prosser, who was in Appleton on Thursday for an Outagamie County drug court graduation event.
