State Indoor Games return this weekend

Months of planning will come to fruition this weekend when more than 1,500 people hit Oshkosh for the 37th annual Special Olympics State Indoor Games.

Competition for the two-day event, held on the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus, begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday with the tip-off of the first basketball games at Kolf Sports Center. Gymnastics, which is also held at Kolf, and the basketball skills competition, which takes place at Albee Hall, both begin at noon.
