The Central Wisconsin Nature Foundation will collect books for the Free Little Library, located in Twin Lakes Nature Preserve, at the Rome Environmental Fair.

Rome's Free Little Library will open for its second season as soon as the snow melts. As always, everyone is invited to come visit and read, or take a book home to read later. If possible, take a book and leave a book for someone else.

This year, organizers again will provide stickers with individual code numbers to out on books you leave. Each book can be registered with Bookcrossing.com, where you can track your book's journey. We encourage everyone to register their book; and when you take a book, go online and let us know where it goes.

Twin Lakes Nature Preserve is on Highway Z, just 40 feet north of Aniwa Court, on Lake Petenwell. In addition to the Free Little Library, the preserve has walking trails, a free beach, picnic benches and geocaching. Twin Lakes Nature Preserve is free to everyone everyday.
