Retirement group shows that learning knows no age

"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at 20 or 80," Henry Ford once said. "Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young."

That's the sentiment behind Learning in Retirement, a community of lifelong learners sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh's Office of Continuing Education and Extension. The member-directed learning group offers a variety of stimulating opportunities to the 275 participating adults throughout the Fox Valley, including a strong contingent from the Fox Cities.
