April 6, 1963 - Green Bay hosts area skeet shoot at Bay Beach: The Central Wisconsin Skeet Shooting Assn. will hold a skeet shoot at the Green Bay Skeet and Trap Club Sunday. The club is located at Bay Beach Park.

Clubs from Oshkosh, Sheboygan, Waupaca, Wisconsin Rapids, Plymouth, Waupun and Wausau, in addition to the host Green Bay club, will take part.

It will be a 50-bird skeet target event, with shooting scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. and continue until all member clubs have shot. Between 60 and 80 shooters are expected. Any interested skeet shooters from Green Bay or the surrounding area are invited to take part.

Shooters may bring their own shells or they may be purchased on the grounds.
