Green Bay police officers save woman on bridge: Friday, April 5: Green Bay Police Department officers talked a woman who on the Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge back to safety.

The Leo Frigo Memorial Bridge in Green Bay was closed briefly early Friday afternoon as police talked a woman out of jumping from the bridge.

The incident started at 12:21 p.m. Green Bay police and other agencies initially closed the southbound lanes on the bridge, which carries Interstate 43 over the Fox River. The entire bridge was closed just before 1 p.m. Authorities also sent water rescue, including a dive team, to the area below the bridge.
