Neenah divvies up federal block grant

The city plans to distribute $68,000 in federal grants this year to help low- and moderate-income families with housing.

It also plans to award $27,000 in grants to public service agencies, spend $25,000 to acquire property for redevelopment, and reserve $20,000 to improve building facades in the central business district.
