The core exhibit at the Neville Public Museum of Brown County has changed little since Ronald Reagan was president. Staffing has been cut to a bare-bones level. New competition has emerged for people's time, and for their entertainment dollars.

"We have to re-imagine and re-invent ourselves," director Rolf Johnson said. "If we don't, we will fail. We will cease to be relevant to the community."
