The Department of Natural Resources just can't have enough wildlife committees and schedule enough wildlife meetings for its wildlife "partners" to impose their views on wildlife management, even if it dilutes wildlife science itself.

Yep. We're all about wildlife and public involvement. At least that's how the DNR justifies "rechartering" its professional "wildlife advisory committees." What are these committees and why must they be rechartered?

At latest count, the agency has 17 internal committees for crafting science-based policy advice on deer, bears, wolves, turkeys, ...
