Special Olympics: Winning isn't everything for the Oshkosh Boom

That's the motto for the Oshkosh Boom, a basketball team that participated in the 37th annual Special Olympics State Indoor Tournament on Saturday, which was held at the Kolf Sports Center at UW-Oshkosh.

Saturday was the first of the two-day event, where athletes from around the state will be competing in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, basketball skills and a basketball team tournament. There were more than 600 athletes and over 250 coaches involved in the basketball team competition. ...
