Three children throw heavy balls against a wall, dance over a ladder drawn on the ground and push against straps hanging against a wall.

You'd be wrong if you thought this was play time. The three are engaged in some pretty serious training.

The children are part of a training program developed by former Olympian Breeda Willis. Willis, known by many in the area as the woman who wins the Point Bock Run every year, once graced athletics' highest stage as a runner. ...
