A flood watch remains in effect across most of the region today as morning fog is expected to be followed by less than an inch of rain in Green Bay.

The flood watch remains in effect from noon today through Thursday evening for Brown, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, southern Oconto, Outagamie and Shawano counties.

The watch means there is a potential for flooding based on forecasts. Up to 2 inches of rain is expected through Thursday and it may combine with melting snow to create above-normal water runoff.National Weather Service forecast for Green Bay ...
