A 23-year-old Outagamie County woman tried to kill her boyfriend with a handgun Sunday morning after he threw a birthday party for her the night before, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.

Whitley T. Fuss, Combined Locks, faces felony charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety by use of a weapon.

She also faces six misdemeanor charges: possession of a firearm while intoxicated, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, criminal damage to property, battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. ...
