The Redevelopment Authority is supporting two townhouse projects in Green Bay and agreed Tuesday to provide a $205,000 line of credit for the Clarion Hotel, which the city owns.

Authority members approved $150,000 from Community Housing Development Organization funds to build three townhouses on the northeast corner of Mather Street and Ashland Avenue. Noel Halverson, executive director of NeighborWorks Green Bay, which will build the townhouses, said their style would match three other houses on the face of that block.
