The recount of an April 2 Pulaski School District referendum to spend $4.4 for building maintenance, security measures and energy efficiencies will continue Monday.

The Pulaski School District said canvassers - who met Saturday - would resume the count at 1 p.m. Monday in the Wigman Conference Room at the Pulaski Community School District Administration Building. The building is located at 143 W. Green Bay St.

The proposed referendum measure passed by by eight votes - 3,052 to 3,044 - earlier this month. A recount was requested and the process began Friday.

Three questions asking for funding for new technology, a new high school pool, classroom renovations and other amenities failed.
