The Coaches Corner restaurant in downtown Green Bay is taking a turn toward the Italian.

Owner Kevin Harbick will close the restaurant after business Sunday and re-open Wednesday or Thursday with an Italian-oriented menu, including, he says, the best pizza he's ever tasted.

Harbick is the owner or co-owner of four Coaches Corners and Paddy O's in Ashwaubenon. The downtown restaurant is the only one being converted to the Italian theme and will be known as Coaches Corner Pizzeria. ...
