Old Main Association looks for dialogue on conversion of properties

Cindy Nebel said six of the seven single-family homes recently sold in her neighborhood near the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point were turned into rental properties.

Nebel, the president of of the Old Main Neighborhood Association, said the balance within the organization's boundaries - extending north to Maria Drive, south to Clark Street, east to Division Street and west to Michigan Avenue - has moved to 70 percent rental properties in the past few years.
