Elvedal Lodge will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Huntington House, Wisconsin Rapids. Loren Elkin will share his insights, stories and pictures of his recent trip to Norway.

The Barne Norsk Klubb for children/grandchildren (ages 5 to 12) of members will meet from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the regular meeting. At the March meeting, Elizabeth Boudreau, Barne club member, was awarded her part 2 bar for Cultural Skills-Folk Dancing, earned at Masse Moro youth heritage camp.

Members are urged to make their paid reservations for the Syttende Mai dinner by May 9 (deadline set by new caterer). Do so at our April meeting or call Carol Bender 715-424-5074. The August Bus Trip is more than half full, so members and friends are encouraged to make reservations to Bender for this great trip.

For more information on our local group, call President Karen Brinkman, 715-423-4822. Websites for Sons of Norway are www.sonsofnorway.com or sonsofnorway5.com.
