Seems like meetings are taking a lot of our attention, but when they are considered by many as a waste of time and could be a great communication and sharing tool, then having productive meetings is important.

Another problem facilitators may face is the personal attack. When participants disagree, there can be a tendency to start to focus on the people in the room instead of the issue. That results in comments of a personal nature that can escalate to more serious disagreements that could lead to long-term problems if not stopped.
