An Appleton teenager who stabbed an elderly man at a Darboy park last year will spend the next 7˝ years in prison for the random attack.

Devon C. Helmrath, 18, was sentenced in Calumet County Court today for first-degree reckless endangerment. Helmrath had been charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide prior to entering a February plea agreement.
