Report: NFL still finalizing 2013 schedule

Apr. 15, 2013

Those expecting an on-time delivery of the 2013 NFL regular-season schedule will have to wait.

Reports surfaced last week that the NFL had been aiming for a Tuesday release of its schedule, but NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told Pro Football Talk this morning its release will be delayed as the league is still working to finalize it.

Aiello added it could be done in the next week or two, but nothing appears imminent.

Over the past two years, the release of the schedule has fallen in the days leading up to the NFL Draft, which begins in 10 days.

The Packersí home and away opponents already have been announced and is attached below, but fans will have to wait a bit longer to fill in the dots.

Home games: Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, Atlanta, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington.

Away games: Chicago, Detroit, Minnesota, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Dallas, San Francisco, New York Giants.
