A Stevens Point runner didn't pay much attention to the explosion he heard after finishing the Boston Marathon this afternoon.

Greg Friese, 41, was a few blocks from the finish line when he heard two explosions and saw first responders flying to the scene.

"Certainly not like a fire cracker, it was a bigger and deeper sound," said Friese, of the explosions which killed three and wounded hundreds. "I didn't see anything happen, and there was no perceptible change in the behavior of the crowd around me." ...
