Sister Bay: Drink Coffee secures county revolving loan

Drink Coffee of Sister Bay is the latest Door County business to benefit from the revolving loan program maintained by the county and Door County Economic Development Corp.

The popular cookie and coffee shop owned by Rachel and Scott Lohman is moving into the former Moretti's building this spring. The County Board on Tuesday approved a $35,000 business loan to help the Lohmans purchase equipment for the new location.

Under the terms of the loan, the Lohmans will secure other private financing of $90,000 and contribute equity in the amount of $50,000. Drink Coffee agrees to create two new ...
