BELLEVUE - Costco Wholesale Corp. on Wednesday applied for a building permit for its new store on Brown County GV near Wisconsin 172.

Andrew Vissers, Bellevue community development director, said Costco looks to close on the property, which will be home to a 150,000-square-foot store, in the next couple of weeks.

"They are still looking to open in October of this year," Vissers said Wednesday.

Construction to opening will be 110 days, he said.

The store, which also will include gasoline sales, will be between Monroe Road/County GV and Lime Kiln Road/County V, just north of Wisconsin 172.
