Pecor Street work well underway

Work to reconstruct Pecor Street and the sanitary sewer below it are well underway. Exisiting curb and gutter and sidewalks are currently being pulled out as well.

Crews completed the removal of the asphalt surface on April 9, and started the next day with installing the sanitary sewer at Millage Street and continuing west.

"In about two weeks, probably week of April 22 or 29, the second crew will start putting in the sanitary main, starting at Farnsworth Avenue," said Jeremy Wusterbarth, the city's director of public works. ...
