Officers honored for saving teen's life (with video)

Stevens Point police officer John Moss was the first to respond to a call about a missing 15-year-old boy about mid-afternoon March 15.

He likely had no idea that he and fellow officer Joe Kramer would be saving the boy's life at the Clark Street Bridge.

"Initially, it didn't seem like it was going to be any kind of significant call," Moss said. "The kid had walked away from one of the schools, and our job was to bring him back to the school." ...
