Nekoosa veteran earns arts awards

The Department of Veteran Affairs held its annual Veterans Creative Arts Competition on Feb. 9 in Tomah. More than 60 entrants participated in the event.

The three winners of each entry class were invited to return to Tomah on April 9 for an award ceremony. The blue ribbon winners in each division will have their entries judged at the next level of competition at the end of April.
