Attorney's license suspended

The Wisconsin Supreme Court suspended Ripon attorney David A. Goluba's law license Wednesday for six months and assessed costs of $55,638.

Goluba began practicing law in 1984 but his license has been continually suspended since October 2008 for failing to cooperate with an Office of Lawyer Responsibility investigation and for not complying with continuing education requirements.

He closed his office about five years ago. Efforts to contact Goluba were unsuccessful. ...
